Description

Testimonial letter and photograph of six people and a dog with two vehicles. A man wearing coveralls stands next to the driver's side of a truck with high wooden sides. Three other men in work clothes stand next to the driver's side of a car, and a woman and girl stand near the front passenger's side of the car. The vehicles are parked in the yard of a frame house, and a barn is visible in the background.

Gentlemen
In reply to your inquiry relative to my Model A car and truck, I am pleased to say that I am the owner of a 1929 Model A Tudor, and a 1930 Model A Truck, the truck being equipped with dual wheels.
I have driven the Tudor 25,500 miles and the truck 3,974 miles. I have found both to be very economical on gas and oil. On the Tudor, I get better than 20 miles to the gallon of gasoline, and do not have to add any oil at 500 miles. The Model A drives nicely at the rate of 55 to 60 miles an hour, and has given me wonderful service. The total upkeep has been less than $10.00.
I do not know of any truck that will compete with the Model A. The Model A makes it possible for me to make two trips to Wichita in one day, as I can travel 35 to 40 miles per hour heavily loaded with stock. I can also well recommend the Model A truck to perform well over soft ground when heavily loaded. In my estimation, the Model A truck is hard to beat, as it performs to my entire satisfaction in every way.
Yours very truly,
